About Me
Kim is a proud part owner of Red Spade Realty alongside her colleagues Cristian Marcu & Dariusz Zywina.
Kim’s first job in high school was in the office of real estate lawyer J. Lopisi, where she honed in on her skills helping prepare legal documents and acting as a liaison between banks, clients, and Mr. Lopisi. After being awarded a scholarship from Cambridge Savings Bank, she was offered a position at CSB in the mortgage department that evolved into a dynamic trajectory in finance working alongside then President Fitzgerald and various department heads. Throughout her time working in lending and finance, Kim decided to jump headfirst into the restaurant industry to help fuel her academic career. With over a decade of multifaceted, hands-on restaurant experience ranging from expediting to managing, she brings a much needed perspective on restaurant brokerage that cannot be understated. In the same realty vein, Kim has years of specialized experience in property management, having been tasked with the oversight and administration of buildings and properties across the Greater Boston Metro Area.
Having graduated magna cum laude in 2016 from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, she now holds a B.A. in psychology alongside two minors in English and Asian American Studies. Kim is also a Golden Key International Honor Society Member, National Psi Chi Member, Tomodachi Inouye Scholar, and published co-author. She currently also serves as a volunteer counselor for Crisis Text Line, a free national suicide & crisis hotline to those in need (text “Hello” to 741741).
