About Me
My name is Nicholas Lanzilli and I am an agent with Red Spade Realty in Everett. I was born in Medford and have lived my entire life in the Greater Boston area. I began my career in the trades, learning how to build and construct homes from the ground up. After receiving my construction supervisor license, I took on many different projects ranging from single family rehabs, to residential/commercial mixed use new construction. Having the knowledge and know how to build, I was able to transition into the real estate world and help potential sellers and buyers reach their desired goals. I bring with me more than just the knowledge of real estate and construction, but the promise that my clients will be in good hands knowing that they will be dealing with a professional, working hard to fulfill their varied needs.
